The Red Head Gallery is pleased to announce that Get Noticed is back! 

Get Noticed is our biannual exhibition of visual artists selected by two Toronto gallerists noted for actively raising the bar for Canadian artists. Artists will be selected by Daniel Hunt of Hunt Gallery and Melanie Trojkovic, Gallery Director of United Contemporary. The exhibition will be on view at the Red Head Gallery from December 2- 19, 2026.

We encourage artists not represented by a commercial gallery to participate in this career-enhancing event.

Meet the jurors

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Artists are invited to submit a single work that is a strong example of their recent practice. Two-dimensional works should not exceed seven feet in height by five feet in width. Sculpture, installation and video-based submissions are accepted, subject to availability of interior space. Video-based submissions will require the artist to provide the equipment necessary to show.

  • Artist Contact Information: name, email, telephone and website via our Get Noticed Page.

  • Up to two images of a single artwork for both 2D and 3D work. Two still images plus a web link (Youtube or Vimeo link) for video.

    • Image Format: jpeg, 2000 pixels on the longest side at 72 dpi. Files must be named: GN_lastname_title.jpg

  • Artwork Details to be included with image: title, size, media and year of creation. Please see form for full content required.

  • Submission Fee: $35 (non-refundable)

  • There is no hanging / installation fee if your work is accepted. 

Please note we will not accept submissions from artists outside of Canada.
